Delivery and Shipping Terms (Incoterms® 2020)

1. Delivery Area: Switzerland

  • Deliveries within Switzerland are made under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
  • Shipping costs are included in the retail price.
  • Delivery is handled by Swiss Post.
  • Any applicable duties and fees are borne by us.

2. Delivery Area: International (Worldwide)

  • Deliveries outside Switzerland are made under FCA (Free Carrier).
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on actual shipping expenses.
  • The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, and additional fees in the destination country.

3. Shipping and Transfer of Risk

  • Shipping is handled by Swiss Post or corresponding international partners.
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch, in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 (FCA/DDP).

4. Delivery Times

  • Switzerland: Typically 1–3 business days.
  • International: Varies depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

5. Returns

  • Returns are possible in accordance with our return policy.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Special Notes

  • Due to its alcohol content, perfume is classified as hazardous materials. Shipping restrictions may apply depending on the destination country.
  • We reserve the right to reject, limit, or exclude orders, deliveries, or services in certain cases at our sole discretion.
